can i get a security job when got caught for stealing for my second time

i got caught for stealing at walmart when i was 18 and it was my first time i did the diversion program where i watch an video and talk to people for one hour ans that was it now i am 20 years old and i got caught for my second time at dollarama 47 dollars me and my freind we did it together it is my second time and her first time i want to know what will happen to me i desperatley needed some stuff for my daughter and was stupid to do it again but i did and i will appreciate if nobody judged me for my retarded actions. but just wanted to know if they will by any chance give me the same diversion program again or will i get probation? will i have an criminal record? cuz i really cant afford that plzz if someone can tell me what will happen to me i will really appriciate it. and also wanting to know if i would still get an security job cuz thats my only option in a job but they ask for background check so this offence of mine might japordize it if someone can plzz help me and tell me what will happen thank you |
