    Can a DUI be expunged from my record?
    Can it be expunged if I was underage when I received the DUI?:confused:

    It depends on where you live. In NJ, criminal offenses can be expunged after 5 years. In most states, juvenile records are sealed, and after you turn 21, they may also be expunged from your record. Find a lawyer in your state - if your in California, try trafficticketjustice.com
