I would think so- unless they have a restraining order against the other. It would also depend on the charge and state/province you live in.
For example if you had an offense charged against you for abuse of a minor, then you cannot reside in a household with any minor. If the second person on probation was a minor, you could not live with him/her.

Very often a condition of probation is to NOT associate with other criminals. So its very possible that you may not be allowed to live together. You should both check with your PO to see.
