Bench Warrant!
My boyfriend got a DUI. He did not show to the mandated program he was to attend and failed to appear at the last court date. If he were to show up at the court house, would he be arrested on site???

yes..but, its better to turn yourself in..you will save a couple hundred dollars in warrant fees, and also the judge will be easier on you..not that easier, but better than being picked up..ive been there..i know
