am i going to jail

i have been living in hotels for two years and i had no money so i stole 15 dollars worth of food from wal mart to feed my kids i got cought i went to jail and now i am on probation i have been on probation for 4 months now and i have not made a payment because i cannot afford it my revocation hearing is tomarrow will i go to jail

i think that really all depends on the judge, if you have a warrant out on you because you havn't paid this then it is a possiblity because getting a warrant is obviously probation violation but i have a friend that had the same problem with a warrant out and she did not go to jail
