You would have to ask a Judge - and I don't think it's going to happen.

You are planning to marry someone that you haven't seen since you got put on probation?

And if you violate, as you know, you could end up in jail.

Okay, this isn't legal advice, but I have to chime in.

You obviously ran away to be with your boyfriend, got caught, and now you're on probation.

How old is your boyfriend? Why did you run away? Did you ever think that your parents are against this because they don't want you to get hurt?

I know that at 18 you know everything, but trust me, in a few years you'll know even more and will be better equipped to get married. Wait a while, what's the rush?

Ok, this boyfriend has to be real trouble or a judge would not order you not to see him,

But no at 18 you are not off probation, you will be off probation only when the judge orders it, or the time runs out on it.

It is obvoius you have a judge that actually cares for you, he wants you to graduate high school and not perhaps ruin your life.

So yes you can expect them to revoke your probation if they catch you talking to him, calling him, texting him and/or seeing him.

Also if the judge made it a order of protection, your boyfriend could be arrested for seeing you.

So no contact, graduate, and see if things still seem the same

I have to agree, in most cases judges and probation officers aren't that bad, they are just making the choices you would make if you were on the outside looking in.

Besides, getting married at the age of 18 is a terrible idea. Give it a year or so, if you plan on spending the rest of your life with this person, a year or so isn't that long to wait. And in the long run, your parents will be more supportive, and that should be the number one thing you should be worried about.
