Accused of not taking pee test

I inam on probation in the state of VA, I have to go in for random drug test,which I have done every time. I have to sign in when I go. My propation officer accused my of not doing so,I stated to him that I am in compliance and told him I sign in every time I go,he told me anyone can sign in. Please any advice on what steps I can take in this matter. Thank you

Who administered the test? Whomever administered the test should be able to recall you comeing. Maybe a phonecall needs to be made!

They should be in communication anyways. To me this sounds like very bad communication.
