    2nd offence probation violation
    I am a minor on 6 months probation for shoplifting at wal-mart they didn't give me no community service or anything just probation,and Just recently I got caught again at wal mart with a friend that is not a minor and they didn't take us to jail but I know both of us have court dates coming up and I just want to know what will happen its my 2nd offence and a probation violation I'm really scared so please help and give me some advice about what I can do for them to give me more time on probation and possibly community.

    If you didn't learn the first time on probation they will do something to get your attention this time - it could be just about anything. You might get off lucky because you're a minor - but that isn't going to last forever.

    Walmart is pretty unforgiving.

    Repeat offense in the same area... while on probation.

    I guess you weren't really scared.

    You may very well get some time in juvie. You can almost bet on community service and a fine.
