i have a friend who is 20 and the had sex with a 17 year old girl and her mom called the cops and supposedly filed a missing persons report but she wasnt gone for 24 hours . I called her mom and she said that the girl had admitted to them having sex and took her to the hospital and the found semen in and on her. She says that the state is filing charges not her. Can any charges be filed against him?? we are in ohio

The laws vary from state to state. In some states a 17-year-old would be considered at the age of consent ; in other's, no, in which case charges could be filed against him. Check the Ohio statutes to be sure.
