    What does charges dismissed with restitution mean?
    I have a co- defendant on charges, my co- defendant has pleaded guilty and received probation. My attorney requested restitution with dismissal of charges and the prosecutor agreed, exactly what does this mean

    After you repay all of the money to the victim and any court fees ( and fines if any) then the court will dismiss all the charges against you.
    There will be no conviction record on public records of the government.
