I know there are many online background checking sites, but does anyone know a site that is actually free or realy cheap and gets you every detail about outstanding warrants and bad credit history?

And what about Europe?
I have a friend from Greece who had a history in the united states, and he wants to know about what the greek goverment has on him or if they do at all.
