Jail Sentencing

I served on a juror on a trial. I was one of the people not voting the majority.
In other words I feel sorry for the young man on trial.

What is the sentence for a prison inmate in Oregon, Oregon State Penitentiary, for possession of a sharp object that could be used as a weapon?

The inmate had a broken earpiece from his eyeglasses, it was sharpened to about 1.5 centimeters.

Also, the inmate perjured himself on the witness stand. What would be the sentence for the perjury?

I am trying to keep myself out of direct involvement since I was a juror. However, I am trying to find ways to try to get counseling or help from a chaplin from the young man.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
