i got caught with extasy 171 pills

I. Have not been in any trouble in about 8 years recently I got caught selling extasy pills the amount was 171pills. What do u think they will offer me hopefully probation. ..in new jersey

If they consider 171 pills an ammount with "intent to distribute" then I dont think they will offer probation.

Do you really think you deserve to get probation for selling a drug that kills teenagers? What kind of trouble were you in 8 years ago?

Probation would definitely be out of the question. Maybe you'll get parole after serving so many years in prison. Probation? Not a chance with that many pills.

Basically your not sorry you were selling the pills then, just the fact that you got caught.

Tough..... you sold the drugs without a second thought to whom they may injure or kill.

Hopefully 10 years ++++++++++

From what I understand, being in control of X is a automatic felony and with that many... whew. If your priors are for related charges, I don't think you will be hearing probation as an option until your parole hearing.
