How does one successfully write a motion for early termination of Federal probation. I have served an 8 year term in a federal prison camp for purported money laundering connected to telemarketing companies that I was involved with for less than one year. In addition the the 8 year sentence that I successfully completed there was a 3 year probation period attached to it. I have completed one year of the probation..and would like to know how one would go about to be successful in terminating the balance of probation. I am a 66 year old female...no resitution..and while I am not compelled to work, I am holding a full time job in a very stable company.

Early termination from federal probation consits of the following.One should have served at least 1/2 of there federal probation sentence.It would help if you show the courts what accomplishments you have ? The judge is ultimily the only person who is going to grant this request.Please remember ask your PO first if they are going to object ?
