    May I travel to the philippines even though I am a convicted felon?

    Of course you can travel anywhere you want, however if you have warrants out for your arrest or a "Hold" by your parole officer (if on parole) or if you are on any form of probation you may or may not be able to leave until you complete your probationary period.. depending on the officer and how long you will travel.
