I've been living in las vegas for 3 years now warrants come up but cops aren't interested it's petty drug possession charge I left Oregon before my parole was up as well but none of them warrants show up when the cops run my name and social just the possession of heroin charge
I understand I can get my passport in fact DEMAND IT I'm looking to move my family out of this **** hole of a country and over towards europe preferably Spain :)
I tried to cross over into canada about 5 or 6 years ago got arrested and intterogated for about 12 hours I mean they had my juvenile record out shocked me they were telling me about crimes I'd totally forget about as a kid anyway I was finally released with a paper stamped allowed to leave canada they told me try to come back and your going to prison for 2 years OK loud and clear boss it's cold in canada I was in detroit and we wanted to go see the fine adult entertainment across the lake :) o no we were there for gambling thast right that's what the story was lol
Anyway this moving my family to another country is a huge deal you know I'm OK with leaving with the clothes on my back and some various tools of my trade to say family is about same place as I am with all that we wouldn't be leaving much but a ****ed up life here my fiancé and I both are recovering heroin addicts we have a beautiful little girl I'm a union carpenter unemployed of course just like everyone else
Because of being a medical marijuana patient here in Nevada I'm being harassed by the police on a regular basis this medicine being 100% legal in spain to grow yourself just don't sell it is how I read the law so deffinatelly a place I want to be I shouldn't have to jump across the ocean and away from everything I know and love but my past and my anti authority attitude cause ripples I guess and they don't like even ripples around here they don't want people that know there rights and are willing to fight tooth and nail for them I served my country for 4 years USMC never did I think I was going to be in a position that I wanted to leave this place but I can't stand it here anymore this country has gone to hell hue deficits uncontrolable law enforcement corruption at all levels but we just smile and turn a cheek to it a crumbling infastruxcture but millions of union construction workers out of work there's no future here for my child
Our child is our #1 thing in our life and #1 reason we want out of this trap of a country I'm not saying gaining citizenship over there's going to be easy but at least getting a work visaq is rather easy and with that and a passport we'd be good for a few years long enough to decide weather that was a place we wanted to plant roots because this country is not anything we want anything to do with they can keep every penny they've taken out of my checks for social security medicaid I don't care let me out
How do I go about this without addressing the state of Oregon give me a break this is a 6 year old charge and a 15 year old duii they got on me give it up or do like Nevada told them to do get there asses on a plane and come a hunting

Either way I'm not trying to jump on it and bail now I have some loose ends to tie up with the police here in las vegas after this is done I'm looking at leaving the country or would like to asap being a patient here in Nevada I've picked up some new charges over something I had no control over there laws a trap from the get go and they know it you can have 3 flowering per card I have one the fiancé has one so thast 6 plants who pulls 2 ounces which together that's what were allowed to have dried off 6 plants I'll tell you who does only an idiot heck I've seen stupid do better than that so here I sit in Nevada where I thought I was a patient awaiting a trial or whatever plea bargain because they have me on felony weight plain and simple and over what something I had no control over I don't sell it I tried to donate it but these places wouldn't take it all would only take a small amount at a time
Lol so you I'm boogieing out of here weather it be from the east coast somewhere departing in a sevlor rubber raft lol that's how devoted I am to leaving this place behind me family pfft over rated I have my family my kid and my ole lady and she has hers me and our kid

Well, I read all you had to say. It wasn't easy... I don't know what kind of advice you want here. You already KNOW you can get a passport. The only thing you didn't ask is whether Spain will let you in, and I don't know the answer to that question.

You that's something I need to find out I'm just curious if customs is going to hassle me or arrest me over trying to get on a international flight like I said the charges are petty I had the same warrants when canada denied me and the us customs guys had us pull over and go inside on the way back the guy in there asked there's not going to be any warrants showing up here now is there I said nope and he said I was right and sent us on our way
This was post 9-11 and all and answering the question of spain allowing me to enter I have a number for a consulate to speak to them about it one I'm going there with the intention of becoming a resident I have no plans on coming back I thought this was the land of the free but man what a smoke screen this government tosses out there like this is the greatest land in the world 100% freedom sure to a guy that comes from communist cuba or russia this is like heaven but to someone born here and believed in these right so much was willing to give his life for them just to be **** on in the end over a past life should it just go away absolutelly not but have I paid my debt to society oh yes I have I've lost uncountable jobs over this bull**** haven't had a license for 15 years due to being arrested and what not spent years in jail over these charges the judge on the duii case has no more time he can even put me in jail move on with your life I did

A chance at a regular life here for me is shot more less there's no way I will ever own a drivers license again jobs are a pain in the *** I can't take any job out there I have to be picky not because I can't do the work because if I tried to I'd go to jail we don't want our child to have to pay for our mistakes that's not even close to fair for her

I've never flown with a warrant, so I don't know... But, I HAVE seen the customs guys checking out a computer screen. I'm SURE it has information about ME. Otherwise, WHY would they have a computer?? They're certainly not playing donkey kong.. SO, I would imagine that one of the important things about ME, in terms of the custom COPS, would be whether I had a warrant...

So, I'll betcha they'll hassle you.

First if there are real warrants for you the local police would see them, the issue is if OR wants to pay to transport you back. We used to stop dozens of people with warrants, and yes we wanted to lock them away, but could not since their state would not pay for it.

And no need to "demand" a passport, in fact if you start demanding things, they will take a lot longer most likely while they do more "research" So merely apply.

The VISA is the real issue, first with open warrants for your arrest, no they will not allow you to go there.
And depending on the crimes moving to stay is another issue.

Ad yes there is a way to clear it up, go there, and face the charges.
