worried sick

Hello, I hope you can help me, I got involved in payday loans, I was appling for 1 and when so a bunch of applications came up, I just thought it was for the same one, I gave out all my info, bank account, name, address and so no, well the next day I notice money was coming out of my accout for this and that, Note: i did get a 300$ loan, but after a mont I pain 180$ down and noticed that money was still being deducted from my acct. I could not find out who, so I closed my accout, I contacted the loan comp. told them what I did and tried to make payment arrangements? Well they want me to pay them 560 flat, they told me that this is past due payment and so on, I have no bank account at this this so they said that they are going to garnish my wages, I am scared, I am single, and live from pay check to pay check, I am trying to pay them what I can until paid in full, The woman i spoke to was rude and treated me as if I was trying to get by with somethig, well say made a statement after she said "you would be better off to pay us 560 in full, How do you think we get so rich? My question is Can they garnish my wadges , and can they do it this fast.? I am trying to pay them. if they garnish me I can not pay my bills and iam worried sick.

If you signed up for one of those payday loans over the internet, then you probably don't have a copy of what you agreed to. The fact that additional things were being taken out of your account says it all. Essentially you are stuck now having to pay them back. Had you gone to a payday loan place in person you would have had a copy of your loan contract. In the loan contracts they have inserted a clause that automatically lets them garnish your wages. Scary, isn't it?

payday loans are very bad news, Did you do this over the internet? Never ever give out personal information on the internet, with that being said unless you have a copy of what you did. You may be stuck Maybe one of the experts on here can give you some advise
