Tired Of Renting

My Fiance has basically no credit. A few outstanding bills, no bankruptcy or bank loans or credit cards anything like that. he has also recently paid a couple of these things off. He makes a lot of money, but noone will give us a loan or anything to help buy a home, we are recently renting a home that is being foreclosed on in Ohio, we have put a lot of money and time into this home. We are tired of renting any suggestions?

Have you consulted with a mortgage consultant or financial consultant?

What have you tried? If his income is enough to afford the payments and you have a decent amount for a down payment, you should be able to obtain financing. Especially with the New homeowner credit.

If the owner of your home is losing it to foreclosure, have you tried making him an offer? Maybe you can assume his mortgage and then bring it up to date.
