Hello, I received a civil summons from our local court however at the end of the letter it says "required to serve upon the plaintiff's attorney within 28 days. Your answer must be filed with the court within 3 days after the service of a copy of the answer on the plaintiff's atty." So do I request the original signed contract from the atty listed or file something with the court first?
