Hi there, can anyone help me? i am a uk resident with a mortgage which is rented out due to ill health, and need a cash loan £ to move away from where i live at present (Peterborough) to another uk area. i am unemployed due to being unwell, i receive though a pension income of £520 monthly for life, i've tried loans with high street banks but no joy & also internet loan services but they have high interest rates and difficult to complete (loads of form filling and need to be employed) Can anyone help? much appreciation,

Hello robert:

I understand that you need the money, but the lender needs the assurance that they'll be paid back. Being unemployed and received a check that barely covers your expenses isn't encouraging to them.

In my view, you won't get a loan, cause I don't think you can pay it back.

There is no "quick and easy" loans, and if you don't want to fill out alot of forms, you are not going to get a loan. You will have to work within the system if the lenders in your area.
