I owe a Doctor and amount after my insurance paid. I can only pay a small amout each month and can increase that amount in Jan 07. However, we got a a letter in the mail saying they would not accept any more of my small payments ( paid every 30 days) but must pay them in three 300plus dollar payments, I simpy cannot do this. What are my options? What if they will not accept my small monthly payment. I want to pay this debt. By the way they diagnosed my illness wrong! I have cancer in my lymp node and they said I had cellulitis!.
