That being said, this is a gray area from a legal standpoint. On the one hand if you are alone on the title, she may not have a legal right to do this (though she has a moral one). However, since she has had to make payments since you defaulted, that may override the title issue. Bottomline, you would have to take her to court to decide the legal issues. |
