Line of credit

About 3 years ago my mother wanted to refinance her home.  Her credit was not good enough, so I signed as primary and she co-signed.

My problem is......now I want to buy a home of my own.  How likely will it be for me to get a second loan in my name only? While my mom maintains the other mortgage. Even though the mortgage is in my name, my mom has made ever payment and that can be proven by her bank statements. What will I have to do to get a mortgage loan of my own? ???
