what does a letter stating that a judgement entry was mailed and to avoid execution call for payment arragements....I was already sending $200 a month but this is not good enough.................the debt was from 2004 and a summons was sent in dec......I have responded to the CA and told them I would send what I could can they take this further or is this just a tactic to make new arrangements........I called the courts and there is no judgement against my file number

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone elses. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

If you owe the debt they can go after you unless youu have a written agreement for payments.
