how do I collect on a judgement. Co-signed for ATV, they defaulted and still have the ATV. We got a jugement againt them.. They don't have a bank account and she doesn't work. Her husband works but not named in the judgement. They are willing to give back ATV but, money still owed on and it needs repairs.
