I have been really worried lately. My grandmother passed suddenly. She had cancer for over a year and never told anyone.. until she got extremely ill.. my oldest brother had been taking care of her for over 15yrs. After my papa died, my granny bought a new trailer. He died in 2000. So, my granny wanted my brothers to have her house.. one lives in Hawaii.. the other in the army.. and my oldest who had been caring and living with her forever. So, she became extremely sick, her cancer quickly became terminal.. and she went to be with my papa.
My question is... my granny didnt have a lot of money. She got this trailer, financed it for like 40yrs. It was only like $40,000.. but my mom looked at the paperwork on it, and by the time she would have paid it off... she would have paid like $99,000 for it.

Ok, so, my granny wanted my brothers to have it.. to always have a place to come home to... as of right now, my older brother is living there.. and paying the bills. He has had collectors calling n threeatening to take the house... he cant have it refinanced in his name due to credit problems... Why couldnt he just keep paying the bills on it??? the trailer payment n lot rent... and they not take my grannys house away from him??
