going to court for credit card

I have to go to court tomorrow because of a credit card that I was not sure belonged to me. I was there about three weeks ago and I told the lawyer for the credit card company that I was not sure that this was my debt. He postponed until tommorow. What I want to know is, will I have to pay all of this at once, and can they take the money from my bank account? The only money I have in the bank is the money I use to pay my bills. If that money is taken I won't have any money to live.
I have been is school and have not really been working regularly for the past several years. I can't do anymore overtime at work, due to the conflicts it would cause with me going to school and sleeping. I'm not really sure what I should do right now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Scottgem, and mr.yet, I have to spread some reputation around, but I really appreciate your help. Hopefully, it won't come up again, but if it does, at least I know what to do.
