i'm starting college in the fall 2008, i would like to know who do i get a loan without have a credit history?

you get a small loan and maybe a credit card, borrow alittle bit and pay it back and start developing a credit history,

If you are talking about a student loan, your finicial aid dept at your school can help with that

You have a couple options. Get a small credit card from a bank or credit union where Mom and Dad do their business. Try to get a Sears or other department store card with a low limit and keep the balance very low.

You could even ask Mom or Dad to get a credit card with you. You may have to get it in "joint" status instead of "authorized user", as the reporting bureaus are not going evaluate the AU status because of past abuse.

Whatever you do, DO NOT GET TO COLLEGE AND APPLY FOR EVERY CREDIT CARD OFFER YOU SEE just for the free T-shirts and book bags! That's a great way to ruin your credit right out of the gate!
