I am currently a client of a Financial Debt Settlement Company. By doing this I have gone delinquent on my credit card payments. In result GE Money Bank has "hired" Zwicker and Associates in order to claim what is owed to them, and I received a summons regarding this matter. Although, as a client, I have sent GE Money Bank a Power of Attorney Letter/Cease and Dissist Letter; I am now still being summoned. I have 10 days to answer this summons within the County and District Clerk's Office. I have been advised to "dispute what is claimed....asking Zwicker to verify that it's my debt and what the balance of the debt is"....... Where should I expect to go from here.
