credit rating

i have a personal loan from city fonancial,during 16 months there are 9 bounces(3 times both presentatonns and 3 times single presentation) but a cleared all bounce charges this month and all emi so now i will pay all payment in time so will i be able to get my home loan after 3 years and what should i do yo to improve my credit rating.
