Is it better to pay off your credit card balance ,or leave a small amount to show you know how to balance your credit card debt. I have a 0% finance charge for purchases.

My personal view is to pay it off. I think that demonstrating you are able and willing to pay your bills would be the most effective if you are concerned about a credit rating.
