court summons

I received a court summons which has no court date. Does that some on a future document?

You must first answer the complaint and file it with the court. Then depending upon the kind of case it is a hearing will be held. You need to contact the Clerk of Courts and ask if there has been any court date set yet. They can tell you immediately.
