Bankruptcy

Does anyone know what the difference is now that the bankruptcy laws have changed? What exactly has changed that would prevent a person from getting a say...Chapter 7 now as compared to before the law changed.
This would be for the state of PA. Thanks for any help.

Here's one of PA's Bankruptcy info sites:
http://www.pawb.uscourts.gov/

I couldn't find a page with regulations or requirements at a glance, but browse through it - you may find it - and/or contact them for directions to where you can learn what is required.

I'm not sure about all the changes, but I heard on the Suzie Orman Show that if you file for bakruptcy, you CANNOT discharge any student debts as they will stay with you forever.
