instructions for feather ornaments

I'm trying to make feather ornaments................I can't find instructions anywhere. It's pretty basic (I think) feathers covering a styrofoam ball. It has taken me 4 hours to make one ball - way too long. I really would appreciate your help. Thanks so much B28

I don't know what you have been using, but I would think that a hot glue gun should work just fine. These are very inexpensive and can be found at dollar type stores. Please let me know. Thank you.

Have you considered purchasing a kit to make a feather ornament and using the instructions to guide you to make your own?

Hugs, Didi

Where would you suggest obtaining such a kit?

Hmmmm... Michael's??? I really don't know! I assumed if someone was making one, that there must be kits out there! I am also thinking that one of the staff members at a craft store such as Michael's would have some good ideas on how to do it.

I thought I had seen instructions online before, but in seeking again, so far, the only feather ball ideas I can find online are for the clear glass balls being filled with feathers (and some sparkles).

I think if I were attempting to make one I would use rather large feathers and a glue gun with clear glue sticks.

Hugs, Didi
