Real diamonds? I have seen rhinestones. Kits are available in craft stores.

I googled and the cheapest thing I could find was a pair of jeans fot $10,000.

I would suggest following Judy's advice and getting a kit to put rhinestones of clothes first for practice and then moving onto real stones (if you have that much money!)
