Chuck I am to put the bobbin [plastic] straight down from the top of the machine[slide the plate toward the front] in this metal holder[ called the bobbin case] that tells me to pull the thread into notch, draw it under the tension spring and back into slot. After I draw about 3 inches of thread diagonally across the bobbin, I am to close slide plate with the thread in slot between the throat plate and slide. I know I sound and probably am, dumb,

but I can't seem to get this! I see no tension spring[at least I don't know what I am seeing?] I am used to machines with the bobbin being thread from the under side. This one is really baffling to me. Can you help me with what I have given you? If you can, you are a genius
