Can't agree

I am wondering if our company is a large enterprise or a Nonprofit that can pay small enterprise wages in mInnesota. I learned in a class that a NONPROFIT can NEVER be an enterprise because the title is NONPROFIT there for the annual gross income is not considered income. My boss will not believee me without it in writing. We pay Special wages to Mentlly Disabled folks. We can pay the lower of either minimum wage because of this, now he says we can't...

Please help me find my proof.

Hello ta:

Whether the company your work for is non-profit or for profit makes no difference in terms of an employee's wages. Unless your boss has some special dispensation from the state, he is required to pay at least minimum wage to all his employees.
