Salomon v Salomon [1897] AC 22


Hi,

State with reasons whether the you consider that the courts should more readily lift the corporation veil, or whether in your view the question of creating any further expectations to the separate entity principle is better left to the legislature.

Can someone please help me with this question

Well, what is it that you are wanting help with concerning it, please?

How about posting what you think might be an argument concerning the support of either position, depending on what you think, and having us critique your answer here as to whether it's going to be a winning argument or not?

Hello, this question comes here at least a dozen time every 6 months, this is a common law school question or one similar, you will have to do your own homework and research,

Simple web search will give you tons of info on this case, and to be honest if you merely read the case as I am sure you are suppose to and do a brief of it, you would know the answer.
