Hello, since this question appears here about every 3 months, I will believe this is a college law question or some school work.

There is a lot of info available on this case if you will go a google or yahoo or both search for the case.

Since this is from all aspects homework, I don't believe help with his is proper.

You may also search this site for various answers given in the past couple of years on it, a lot of info is available there also
