    Llc in PA
I am part of an Llc with 4 members. There was a falling out in which I have physically left the business. I want to end this chapter in my life appropriately however there is much animosity among the parties and nothing has been accomplished over a 7 month period. Is there a motion I can file to cease operation of the business until it is resolved? What can I file to obtain any/all records pertaining to the company?

    Hello Vasquz:

No, you can't stop the company from operating, and as a stockholder (NOT a director/manager), I doubt you'll be able to obtain those records.

You need to see an attorney.

I can not afford an attorney as all my monies are tied up in the investment. Do you think there is anything I can Do?
