Hi guys. Stressing a little cos cant find the relevent information anywhere.

MY essay is on the lease/licence distinction.

I cant find the authority/ approach of
England
Australia
I know NZ is leaning towards intention being the distinguishing feature. aND UNDERSTAND in street v Mountford (english case) that exclusive possession was greater importance - is this still the case?
Where does australia fit in?
