Has your husband posted this question before? If not, someone else has the same problem/question.
Again - you need an Attorney to protect yourself and your assets if you are intending to form a Corporation. You are playing with potentially high stakes and need legal advice. I am concerned because you don't seem to have a lot of understanding of corporate law - what works and what does not, how to protect yourself.
