    Contract discharged? Travel law?
I am doing an assignment and need to know the following:

If a person took a travel packaged tour and the itinerary stated one list of places visited, stayed at, and the actual tour operators took the people to different places what remedy does the traveler have for breack of contract?

    Re: Contract discharged? Travel law?
AFTER you get proof, make sure the brochure and contract you have stipulates you will go to those places. MOST agencies say "the agency will do its best to travel to these places but it is not guaranteed."

If that statement is there, the traveler has no protection.

I am sure it is there.
If not, you can sue for fraud.

    Or in small claims
