Is a contract legal and binding if one of the corporate names on the contract does not legally exists?

Thanks for your assistance.

Hi, apollo11!

You've piggybacked your question on a thread that is how very old and is now archived. This site doesn't work the same way that a chat site does.

If you start a separate, new thread about what you're asking, you'll be able to get the best help here.

Thanks!

Hello:

It's a lot easier if you tell us about the situation, rather than us just answering yes or no. Most legal stuff isn't a matter of yes or no. Besides, if you get an answer you like, you're going to need to know what to DO about it, aren't you?

So, why don't you tell us who did what to who, and how do you know one of the corporations doesn't "legally" exist.
