Civil Matter

Can I petition counsel in a civil matter if I can not afford one? If so how can I go about it?

Fr_Chuck Christianity Expert Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: Atlanta GA Posts: 24,893	In most areas in the US the courts do not appoint any counsel for civil matters, In most areas there are legal aid groups that work for little or not money and help with some civil but in most areas this is limited.
