I have 3 accounts at one bank. A checking account, a savings account and a joint account with my child's father. I had noticed about a year ago that I stopped getting my savings account statements. Upon investigating, I discovered that my savings account information was attached to the joint account. I was very upset that the bank disclosed my information to a third party without my knowledge or consent. I called them, they apologized for the mistake and fixed it. I got one statement so I thought everything was ok. I don't usually open my savings account statements as they pretty much stay the same, but I was looking for my year end info and discovered that they did it again! The account is re-attached to the joint account. Can I sue them because they disclosed my info to a third party?

Banks tend to consolidate accounts any way they can. Get a different bank for the personal accounts you don't want or need mixed up with a third party. What's to sue about? The fact they screwed up again? Nothing to sue about since it was proably their computer's fault due to it's happily consolidating accounts. Happens all the time.

Can I sue my bank I had put ?280 pounds into my account and I was expecting another 280 from my sis and I thought she had paid it into my account but hsbc made an error and put ?280 extra onto my account so I thought my sis put them in for me so I spent 70 pounds and I promised to by other bill payers that I will pay their ?210 off I even gave them the seconds days date.
Suddenly the bak realised their error and took the money back and put me into debt I got so depressed and ill as I take depression tablets that I fainted and the doc can provide evidence for that as I living on less money. So now bill payers are after me.
Can I sue the bank what can I do can I get compensation for what they put me through.

All caps is generally considered impolite on a forum such as this.

I live in Arizona. I received a summons & complaint from Hilco re a Wells FargoBank (WFB)debt. 2 weeks ago. I appreciate any and every response on this matter.
