my husband is on L1 and he works for jcp. and i got arreested for shoplfiting in jcp store. wil this be of an issue for my husband's job. he was not there with me when i got caught but he works for a project for jcp. they got all his information at the store after the cops took me. im so worried ...can anyone please help with ur advise please.

1) he works for a company in my country ,and he is for an assignment here in the USA. wil this affect him job in my country( i mean, will the company inmy country take some actions against him, for i was involved in the shoplifting case, and take him out of the job).

2) will his actual company in my country deny my visa processing( for all , until now his company has only taken care of my visa processing for im a dependent here in the USA)
