More employee firing

I would like to find out if I have any recourse as to being singled out for termination over something that 75% of the employees have done at sometime during their tenure with the company. Including the manager trying to fire me. Any imput or solutions are deeply appreciated.

Hello again, Pappy:

My answer isn't any different today than it was yesterday. You have NO recourse. It doesn't matter whether 100% of them do it. They fired YOU because of it, and it's perfectly legal for them to do so.
