No,

But, if the person with the garnishment has been using the corporations money as his private bank account, and has not properly keep the corporation properly done. Then it can be asked for in court.

For example, if they send the money for perosnal items, put their personal money in it. Then it is not truly corporate but a personal account being used to hide personal money

I was reading where if a debt collector can garnish your wages...they can also freeze your bank acct? How is that possible? Secondly....Is Illinois one of the states that you cannot have your wages garnished over a credit card debt? Thanks Patti
