breach of contract.

Critically asses the remedies for breach of contract in the context of sale of goods act of 1892 (cap 82), while quoting the law and citing the cases..

One of the necessary skills for an attorney is the ability to write briefs and research case law. It also helps when an attorney is ethical and its NOT ethical to ask someone to do your homework for you.

We may be willing to critique your work, but YOU need to do your own work.

First, If you have any followup questions or comments please add them to the thread. E-mail or PMs are only for personal correspondence.

Second, if you are in law school, you should have learned how to do research by this time. Posting a question on message board asking for an answer is NOT doing research. its asking someone to do the research for you.

Finally, its not that you asked the wrong people, its that you asked the wrong question. If what you wanted was some direction on where to do your research then that's what you should have asked for. Your original post, appears to just be a repeat of your assignment. Another necessary skill of an attorney is learning how to ask the right questions and to pose them correctly.

If you are looking for a starting point this looks like a good one:

SALE OF GOODS ACT 1896 - SECT 3 3 Interpretation of terms
